You can walk out the door and access miles of BLM land and the Arkansas River. Hike, Bike, Fish you name it, you can do all of it from our backdoor. Inside, you can cozy up to the fireplace, take a soak in the hot tub, or enjoy games in the sunroom while still taking in the views. Starlink, and Fire TV included.
